Resort Information:

Wolf Run Manor at Treasure Lake is located in north central Pennsylvania, nestled in the heart of an 8,000-acre resort community.  Treasure Lake has two PGA golf courses, one of which was rated in Golf Digest in its top ten courses. The courses are very challenging! It's just south of Allegheny National Forest and borders Pennsylvania State Game Lands #77. Treasure Lake has two lakes with beach areas, an indoor and three outdoor pools, tennis courts, and a marina. As the property encompasses thousands of acres, guests will need to drive to some amenities. The wooded setting is perfect for hiking, cycling, mountain biking and nature-watching. Winter brings ice-skating, sledding, and cross-country skiing. This resort is managed by Silverleaf.

About The Unit:

Each unit comes equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, settings for six, and a fireplace.  In the resort or nearby you'll find laundry facilities, live entertainment, restaurants, 4 swimming pools, tennis (equipment is available), a beach, boating, cross country skiing in season, health club, exercise equipment, fishing, a game room, PGA level golf, grocery store, hair salon, horseback riding, a lake, medical facilities, sauna and a shopping area. 

Maintenance Fees:

Maintenance Fees for 2002 were only $390.00.   Your use begins in 2003 and maintenance is not due at closing, though will be due directly to the resort shortly thereafter.

Timeshare Exchanges:

The resort is affiliated with RCI - property # 5006.  Timeshare owners may join RCI for a yearly membership fee of $89 A membership in RCI allows you to exchange your week for another location for an exchange fee of $129 for U.S. domestic locations. Closing Information:

This timeshare has no mortgage.  Once we complete the closing, the winning bidder will own the week free and clear, and paid up on maintenance and taxes.  Closing Costs are $375 which includes deed preparation, deed recording, resort transfer fees and resort notification.  You must pay the balance due by cashiers check within 5 days of the end of the auction.  You must place a $300 deposit on PayPal within 24 hours of the end of the auction.  Escrow, Title Insurance and other services are available for additional fees.  This week is available for your use starting in 2003.  The Winning Bidder pays the winning bid amount and closing costs.  The deed will be prepared and recorded for the new owner.  Once recorded, a copy of the new deed will be forwarded to the resort to notify them of the official change. Winning bidder will be sent the original recorded deed when it arrives. Closing normally takes 3 to 12 weeks to complete.  If you live outside the United Stated, or plan to deed this item into a corporate name, there are special requirements and possibly additional fees.  Please email us for details before the auction ends.
