The Unit

This 2 bedroom 2 Bath unit is ideal for a group of 6 to 8 people. One side of the unit has a King bed and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. A Jacuzzi tub highlights the master bathroom. There's a balcony, full kitchen with appliances and settings for 8. The other side of the unit has a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The unit comes fully equipped with most everything you need for a relaxing vacation. You bring your golf clubs, swim suit and tennis racquet and you're all set for a great vacation in South Florida.

Maintenance Fees:

Maintenance and taxes for 2002 are $565.00 for this Gold Crown Resort. The maintenance is due at the close of the auction. From now on you will be billed directly for taxes and maintenance.

Timeshare Exchanges:

This resort is affiliated with RCI Property #4025. This resort trades as a Red 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Gold Crown week. Timeshare owners have the option to join RCI for a yearly membership fee of $89 A membership in RCI allows you to exchange your week for another location for an exchange fee of $129 for U.S. domestic locations. Closing information:

	Costs are $375 for closing which includes deed preparation, recording, resort transfer fees and resort notification.
	This week is available for your use this year. We will have to rush the closing. Please, only bid if you can close fast!
	Winning bidder pays the winning bid amount and closing costs.
	Deed will be prepared and recorded for the new owner. Once recorded, a copy of the new deed will be forwarded to the resort to notify them of the official change.
	You will also be sent a copy of the recorded deed, and the original several weeks later when it arrives.

Verifying Information

Bidding Policy:

	A $300 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of the end of the auction to confirm your bid and to pay for the closing costs. We prefer PayPal for this purpose. We also accept eBay Billpoint, Money Order or a Cashier's Check.
	This week is available for your use this year. We will have to rush the closing. Please, only bid if you can close fast!
	Only bid if you plan to follow through with this transaction. The $300 deposit is non-refundable, since it pays for the closing costs and other costs of transferring the unit to you.
	Full payment by cashiers check needs to be received within 5 days of the close of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made.
