Florida golfing! This resort is conveniently located in the World Famous South Florida Bonaventure Spa, Golf and Tennis Community. If you've never been to this resort it is amazing. There is so much to do within just ten minutes of the resort you may never venture any further on your vacation. Choose from 2 PGA Championship golf courses, tennis (professional clay and standard courts), working out at the health club, horseback riding, swimming, racquetball, roller skating, bowling, the list goes on and on.

The Unit

This 2 bedroom 2 Bath Lockout unit is ideal for a group of 6 to 8 people. One side of the unit has a King bed and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. A Jacuzzi tub highlights the master bathroom. There's a balcony, full kitchen with appliances and settings for 8. The other side of the unit has a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This side features a kitchenette with most appliances except an oven.

Maintenance and taxes for 2002 were $565.00 for this Gold Crown Resort. No maintenance is currently due. From now on you will be billed directly for taxes and maintenance.

Timeshare Exchanges:

This resort is affiliated with RCI Property #4025. This resort trades as a Red 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Gold Crown week. Since it's a lockout unit, you can also trade each half independently. Timeshare owners have the option to join RCI for a yearly membership fee of $89 A membership in RCI allows you to exchange your week for another location for an exchange fee of $129 for U.S. domestic locations. This resort is a dual exchange property. It also trades with Interval World, Property ID VVB & BON. For exchange purposes, this week trades with Interval World as a Red week, the highest level there is. Timeshare owners have the option to join Interval World for a yearly membership fee of $84. Closing information:

	Costs are $375 for closing which includes deed preparation, recording, resort transfer fees and resort notification.
	Winning bidder pays the winning bid amount and closing costs.
	Deed will be prepared and recorded for the new owner. Once recorded, a copy of the new deed will be forwarded to the resort to notify them of the official change.
	You will also be sent a copy of the recorded deed, and the original several weeks later when it arrives.

	Only bid if you plan to follow through with this transaction. The $300 deposit is non-refundable, since it pays for the closing costs and other costs of transferring the unit to you.
	Full payment by cashiers check needs to be received within 3 days of the close of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made.
