true value in timeshare. Situated along a stretch of sandy
white beach on the southern tip of the Pinellas Suncoast, Treasure
Island Beach Club offers a location convenient to the attractions of
both central and western Florida. Walt Disney World, Busch Gardens,
Tiki Gardens, the Salvador Dali Museum, and Tampa Bay Downs are
within a 90-minute drive. Treasure Island offers golf and tennis
facilities, and fishing is available at John's Pass at Madeira
Beach. After a day's activity, relax beside the sun deck of the
outdoor pool or take a walk along the resort's beach.
The Suncoast is more relaxed than the East
Coast, yet offers incredible sunshine, warm water and fun for the
whole family. Many people that vacation here would vacation no
where else.

The entire resort has recently been
renovated, so not only do you get the chance to own a renovated unit
in this fine resort you also avoid the construction work and special
assessments associated with the work being done. People that
have been there say they really did an excellent job renovating the
place.

Everyday was a joy. There is so much to do
both locally and nearby. And the staff seems very nice. Their office
is always friendly and late night arrivers are accommodated nicely.
Lots of info on local attractions, nice smell of fresh coffee every
morning, ice available for your cooler for a day out. There is a
laundry room.
To me the overall value of the place was
it's mixture of serenity amongst the hectic pace of activity. There
is a beautiful pool (good sized} and adequate to do some exercise.
There are tables, chairs, and lounges. Also a hot tub, pop machine,
barbeque grills and small covered area of tables and chairs. This
area is very clean. The pool is surrounded by well kept lawns of
Bermuda grass, hibiscus, and such.

EXCHANGING:
Resort is affiliated with RCI
(property # 0778). For exchange purposes, this week
trades with RCI as a Red week. Timeshare
owners have the option to join RCI for a yearly membership fee of
$89 A membership in RCI allows you to exchange your week for another
location for an exchange fee of $129 for U.S. domestic locations.

BIDDING
POLICY:
- A $300 deposit will be required
within 24 hours of the end of the auction to confirm your bid.
$200 is for the closing costs, $100 is a deposit toward the
final payment price. We prefer
PayPal for this purpose. I also accept PayPal, Money
Order or a Cashier's Check
- Only bid if you plan to follow
through with this transaction. Do not bid if you do not intend to
complete this transaction!
- Bid only after you have conducted
your due diligence. If you are new to timesharing, please check

- All information is given to
the best of our knowledge. Buyer is responsible for verifying

- Closing normally takes 4 to 6

ABOUT CLOSING:

Costs are $200 for closing which
includes deed preparation, recording and resort notification. This
is all done by Prodox
in Vero Beach, Florida

Winning bidder pays the winning bid amount and closing costs, plus any
maintenance for 2002 that's already been paid.

Deed will be
prepared and recorded for the new owner.

Once recorded, a copy of the new
deed will be forwarded to the resort to notify them of the official
change.

Any additional costs
of transferring the resort or membership into the new owners
name are the responsibility of the new owner.
If you are the winning bidder on
this auction you must be prepared to place a $300 deposit with PayPal
or by cashier's check within 24 hours. This covers the closing costs of the unit
and starts the transfer process. The remainder of the balance
for the unit is due within 7 days of the close of the auction.
If you fail to pay
the deposit within 24 hours, we reserve the right to sell the unit to
another bidder.
