This is the resort also known as The Breakers. It was recently owned by Sunterra also. The resort is now managed by VRI, a company with a lot of timeshare resort management experience. We think this will be very good for owners at Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.
Maintenance Fees:
2003 Maintenance was $625.00 and is not due at closing. You will be billed directly by the resort for the 2004 maintenance.
Timeshare Exchanges:
This resort is affiliated with Interval International Property ID BOL & VLO For exchange purposes, this week trades with Interval World as a Red week, the highest level there is. Timeshare owners have the option to join Interval World for a yearly membership fee of $84. A membership in Interval allows you to exchange your week for another location for an exchange fee of $139 for U.S. domestic locations.
