Description: 

Sandstone Creek Club is a community of four-story condominiums on the picturesque Red Sandstone Creek, some with mountain views. The complex has a clubhouse, racquetball court, game room, indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, two indoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, outdoor tennis courts, and a playground. Each unit has a video-cassette player. Golf and fishing can be enjoyed nearby. 

At Sandstone Creek Club, all units have inside access to the clubhouse, which features an indoor/outdoor heated pool, racquetball court, exercise room, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and activities room. Skiing is the number-one winter pastime, with Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas providing trails for all ability levels. Hiking, white-water rafting, horseback riding, golfing, fishing, and camping also can be enjoyed in the area during the summer.  This week comes right when A-Basin is traditionally enjoying some of it finest spring skiing.  As a Gold Crown resort you will enjoy an excellent stay if you vacation here, or very strong trading power should you choose to exchange the week using RCI or Interval International.

The indoor-outdoor pools were nice and the inside whirlpool/hot tub's were also.  The exercise equipment was very good.  Our unit was on the lobby level and had sliding doors onto a patio. We faced the creek and the mountains provided a good view."

Resort is affiliated with RCI (property #5148).   For exchange purposes, this week trades with RCI as a Gold Crown Resort and a Blue week. Timeshare owners have the option to join RCI for a yearly membership fee of $89 A membership in RCI allows you to exchange your week for another location for an exchange fee of $129 for U.S. domestic locations. Resort is also with Interval International (II) (property ID SAC). For exchange purposes, this week trades with Interval International as a 5 Star Resort and a Green week. BIDDING POLICY: 
  • A $300 deposit will be required within 24 hours of the end of the auction to confirm your bid.  We prefer PayPal for this purpose.  I also accept eBay Billpoint, Money Order or a Cashier's Check
  • Only bid if you plan to follow through with this transaction.  Do not bid if you do not intend to complete this transaction! 
  • This auction will end on Sunday evening.  Full payment will need to be received at the escrow agent's office by the following Friday unless other arrangements have been made.

ABOUT  CLOSING:

  • Costs are $200 for closing which includes deed preparation, recording and resort notification.  

  • Winning bidder pays the winning bid amount and closing costs, plus $119.54 maintenance for 2002. 

  • Deed will be prepared and recorded for the new owner. 

  • Once recorded, a copy of the new deed will be forwarded to the resort to notify them of the official change. 

  • Any additional costs of transferring the resort or membership into the new owners name are the responsibility of the new owner.

If you are the winning bidder on this auction you must be prepared to place a $300 deposit with PayPal or by cashier's check within 24 hours.  This covers the closing costs of the unit and starts the transfer process.  The remainder of the balance for the unit is due within 7 days of the close of the auction.  

If you fail to pay the deposit within 24 hours, we reserve the right to sell the unit to another bidder.
