The unit and resort comes fully equipped with most
everything you need for a relaxing vacation. You bring your golf
clubs, swim suit and tennis racquet and you're all set for a great vacation in
Central Florida. Amenities in the resort or close by: Babysitting referral, bicycle trails, playground, sauna or steam room, tennis, car rental, bar/cocktail lounge, clubhouse, laundry facilities, racquetball, restaurant, marina/boat launching, fishing, horseback riding, sailing and sailboat rentals, live entertainment galore, golf, golf and more golf, waterskiing, and outdoor swimming pool, and a whirlpool or hot tub. Did we mention golf?!!

Maintenance Fees: Maintenance and taxes for 2003 are $549.00 for this Disney/Orlando area resort. That is an excellent maintenance fee for this size and type of unit. No maintenance is currently due. From now on you will be billed directly by the resort for taxes and maintenance. |

Timeshare Exchanges: This resort trades with Interval World, Property ID RWO. For exchange purposes, this week trades with Interval World as a Red week, the highest level there is. Timeshare owners have the option to join Interval World for a yearly membership fee of $84. The
Clarion Suites Resort World of Orlando is located just 4 miles from
Disney World, Epcot Center and the Disney/MGM Studios. It is
conveniently located close to all of the central Florida attractions
including Sea World, Universal Studios and Church Street Station in
downtown Orlando. Cypress Gardens, Cape Kennedy, Daytona Beach and
numerous other attractions are within a two hour drive. You'll
find yourself conveniently close to hundreds of restaurants, shops and
attractions. Many guests have found it tough to decide what to do
when having to choose from all of the many activities. Okay, most
everyone goes to Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios or the
Disney/MGM Studios, but after that, good luck choosing what to do next.
You're also very close to outlet malls, shopping, and the resort pool if
you want a day off in the sun. 
Each
unit is air conditioned and includes dishes, appliances, utensils and
cookware. This two bedroom unit has a king-sized bed in the master
bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. It Also has
an additional queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom.
