Located close to Scottsdale's prestigious shopping and entertainment centers, The Orange Tree Interval Ownership Resort features elegantly appointed suites with huge whirlpool baths. In addition to the famous 18-hole championship golf course, the resort has a gourmet restaurant, lounge with entertainment, a large pool and spa, and an exercise area. If you're a golfer you already know that Scottsdale, Arizona, located in Maricopa County, Arizona, has more golf courses than any other county in the United States. This resort is located right on The Orange Tree Resort, and timeshare owners enjoy discounted greens fees all year round. A note About The Shell Vacations Club Since this resort is a member of the Shell Vacations Club family of resorts, members enjoy extra timeshare benefits not available if you were to buy another resort. One benefit is the ability to convert your weeks to points. For a full list of features and benefits, please visit the Shell Vacations Club website. PAR Season: PAR season is a floating season and is typically available for your use from approximately May 23 until September 7. Owners have the ability to convert their "weeks" timeshares to "points" timeshares. This allows you a much larger ability to trade and use your week, even if it's just within the 12 or so timeshare resorts managed by Shell Vacations Club. affiliated with Interval International are able to achieve and
maintain the 5 Star designation. This resort, The Orange Tree
Interval Resort, is one of those such awarded clubs. A 5 Star
designation means this resort delivers a vacation experience of a
higher quality than one at a "regular" resort.
Maintenance was $419.00 for 2002 and subject to periodic increases. 2003 maintenance is due at closing.

Closing Information: This timeshare has no mortgage. Once we complete the closing, the winning bidder will own the week free and clear, and paid up on maintenance and taxes. Closing Costs are $375 which includes deed preparation, deed recording, resort transfer fees and resort notification. Escrow, Title Insurance and other services are available for additional fees. This week is available for your use starting in 2003. The Winning Bidder pays the winning bid amount, 2003 maintenance and closing costs. The deed will be prepared and recorded for the new owner. Once recorded, a copy of the new deed will be forwarded to the resort to notify them of the official change. Winning bidder will be sent the original recorded deed when it arrives. Closing normally takes 3 to 12 weeks to complete. If you live outside the United Stated, or plan to deed this item into a corporate name, there are special requirements and possibly additional fees. Please email us for details before the auction ends. We offer a $100 discount on multiple closings; either buying more than one unit at a time, or buying another unit from TimeshareGems. Information:
This
is a one bedroom unit, that sleeps 4. It has a partial kitchen
and comes equipped with a TV and VCR, coffee maker, fridge, microwave,
utensils and flatware, dishes, and laundry facilities close by.
This timeshare is more of a golf resort than a lot of other
timeshares. Most people come here to golf and prefer to eat
meals out. As such, none of the units at this resort have a full
kitchen.
This
resort is affiliated with Interval International. Timeshare owners
may join Interval for a yearly membership fee starting at $79. A
membership in Interval International allows you to exchange your week
for another location for an exchange fee of $139 for
