Maintenance Fees:

Maintenance and taxes for 2002 are $455.00 for this beach side resort. That is an excellent maintenance fee for this size and type of unit.  Maintenance is due at closing.  From now on you will be billed directly by the resort for taxes and maintenance. 

Timeshare Exchanges:

This resort trades with RCI - Resort ID - 1102  For exchange purposes, this week trades with RCI as a White week. Timeshare owners have the option to join RCI for a yearly membership fee of $89.  A membership in RCI allows you to exchange your week for another location for an exchange fee of $139 for U.S. domestic locations. Closing information:

Costs are $375 for closing which includes deed preparation, recording, resort transfer fees and resort notification.

This week comes up soon.  We will need to expedite the closing.  Please be prepared to move quickly to close this week and have it transferred into your name.

Winning bidder pays the winning bid amount, 2002 maintenance and closing costs.

Deed will be prepared and recorded for the new owner.  Once recorded, a copy of the new deed will be forwarded to the resort to notify them of the official change in ownership.

You will also be sent a copy of the recorded deed, and the original deed when it arrives at our office.

Bidding Policy:
bulletA $300 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of the end of the auction to confirm your bid and to pay for the closing costs.  We prefer PayPal for this purpose.  We also accept eBay Billpoint, Money Order or  Cashier's Checks
bulletOnly bid if you plan to follow through with this transaction.  The $300 deposit is non-refundable, since it pays for the closing costs and other costs of transferring the unit to you.
bulletFull payment by cashiers check or other similar method needs to be received within 3 days of the close of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made.
