Resort Description

Timeshare Gems A vacation in the Cumberland Mountains will give you a lot of outdoor activities to choose from. Offering both beautiful surroundings and a wealth of recreation, Hiawatha Manor at Lake Tansi Village is a terrific vacation retreat. You can enjoy water sports on Lake Tansi from April through September. Rental boats are available June - September for fishing. Play golf, tennis, and racquetball; or get back to nature in nearby Cumberland Mountains State Park.

The resort boasts indoor and outdoor pools for a relaxing swim, a health club to keep in shape, and a restaurant. There are two sections to this resort, so things are spread out, rather than being all packed together. The resort staff are extremely friendly and will help you enjoy your vacation.

Timeshare Gems presents Lake Tansi This is a large 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed. There are 2 twin beds in the Guest Room. The Living Room has a sleeper Sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and microwave. Laundry facilities are nearby.

This resort trades with RCI ID # 0247. Timeshare owners have the option to join RCI for a yearly membership fee of $89 A membership in RCI allows you to exchange your week for another location for an exchange fee of $129 for U.S. domestic locations. Closing information:

	Costs are $375 for closing which includes deed preparation, recording and resort transfer and notification.
	You need to pay a non-refundable $300.00 deposit on PayPal or eBay Billpoint within 24 hours of the end of the auction, or make arrangements for another form of payment.
	Winning bidder pays the winning bid amount and closing costs.
	Deed will be prepared and recorded for the new owner. Once recorded, a copy of the new deed will be forwarded to the resort to notify them of the official change of ownership.

Bidding Policy:

	A $300 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of the end of the auction to confirm your bid and to pay for the closing costs. We prefer PayPal for this purpose. We also accept eBay Billpoint, Money Order or a Cashier's Check
	Only bid if you plan to follow through with this transaction. The $300 deposit is non-refundable, since it pays for the closing costs and other costs of transferring the unit to you.
	Full payment by cashiers check needs to be received within 5 days of the close of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made.
