• A $300 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of the end of the auction to confirm your bid and to pay for the closing costs.  We prefer PayPal for this purpose.  We also accept eBay Billpoint, Money Order or a Cashier's Check
• Only bid if you plan to follow through with this transaction.  The $300 deposit is non-refundable, since it pays for the closing costs and other costs of transferring the unit to you.
• Full payment by cashiers check needs to be received within 5 days of the close of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made.

ABOUT  CLOSING:

• Costs are $375 for closing which includes deed preparation, recording, resort transfer fee and resort notification.  

• Winning bidder pays the winning bid amount and closing costs, plus $489.00 maintenance for 2002. 

• Deed will be prepared and recorded for the new owner. 

• Once recorded, a copy of the new deed will be forwarded to the resort to notify them of the official change. 

• Any additional costs of transferring the resort or membership into the new owners name are the responsibility of the new owner.

If you are the winning bidder on this auction you must be prepared to place a $300 non-refundable deposit with PayPal or by cashier's check within 24 hours.  This covers the closing costs of the unit and starts the transfer process.  The remainder of the balance for the unit is due within 5 days of the close of the auction.  

If you fail to pay the deposit within 24 hours, we reserve the right to sell the unit to another bidder.
