Owning Trader
Weeks!
Trader Weeks Defined
We define Trader weeks as timeshare weeks owned solely for the ability
to trade that week for another week somewhere else in the world.
Many people that own multiple timeshares by one home resort, then
continue to buy up Trader Weeks until they have as many as they want.
Be Careful - Exchanges
are done by hand!
Both RCI and Interval International have spent
millions of dollars on computer systems. Yet to this day they
continue to match exchange requests by hand. Why?
Because they want to try and make sure that the owner of a Gold
Crown week is able to trade for another Gold Crown week, and this is
one way to ensure that happens. Please remember this when
buying weeks to exchange.
How Does a Trader Week Work?
We currently have a timeshare for sale at the Wolf Run Resort in Pennsylvania.
It's just south of Allegheny National
Forest and borders Pennsylvania State Game Lands.
For anyone close by that wants an excellent retreat this is a great
resort.
Here's
why:
-
It's a 2 Bedroom Timeshare you can own for under
$1,500 including closing costs.
-
Maintenance is only $390.00 a year
for this two bedroom Silverleaf Owned Resort. (Silverleaf has
benefits for their owners, above and beyond normal timeshare
amenities).
-
It's in a rural setting, so the
maintenance fees shouldn't rise as fast or as high as some resorts.
-
There are 2 PGA Gold Courses in the
Treasure Lake resort, so when you do finally come to stay here for a
week you'll have some great golf to look forward to.
