People like the same place each year

Timesharing is also great for the person that wants the same exact place from year to year.  In fact, many of these people will buy two, three or more weeks in the same unit, same resort, year after year.  They want to go to Ft. Lauderdale for the whole month of January every year, so they find a resort they like and buy up the weeks there. 

It's like owning your own vacation home without having to be concerned with plumbing problems.    Timesharing gives you the satisfaction of knowing when and where your vacation will take place, so you can spend your time doing other important thing.

Then again, if three years down the road you want to go to the Caribbean, you have the flexibility to do so.  Timesharing is vacationing done right!

Many of our customers have multiple timeshares.  One resort they own and return to almost every year.  The other resorts they own are for trading, so each year they can trade for a new resort or a return to one of their favorites.
