We fully understand that Corporations can own timeshares also.  We're glad to sell a property to you and deed it into the name of your Corporation, however, there are certain rules we have to follow;

	Generally it's easier on everyone if you simply pay for the entire purchase by cashiers check.
	If you use a credit card to pay the deposit, the credit card must be in the name of the corporation.
	you must provide us with the exact name of your corporation, and how you would like the deed prepared.  The people that prepare our deeds work from the information you give us.
