We reserve the right to withdraw a property at any time. If a
property is not available we will do our best to find a suitable
substitute. About closing A $300 deposit will be required
within 24 hours of placing a unit on hold to confirm your
request. We prefer
PayPal for this purpose. I also accept Money
Orders or a Cashier's Check. The $300 pays for the closing
costs and starts the transfer process. Costs are $200 for closing which
includes deed preparation, recording and resort notification. The
other $100 is an initial deposit on the week.
If you want to buy a unit you will need to pay the amount listed
in the newsletter, plus closing costs of $200, plus
any maintenance due for 2002. Deed will be
prepared and recorded for the new owner. Once recorded, a copy of the new
deed will be forwarded to the resort to notify them of the official
change. Any additional costs
of transferring the resort or membership into the new owners
name are the responsibility of the new owner. The remainder of the
balance will be due to Prodox
Document Services within 7 days to finalize the transaction.
They will hold the money in escrow until the process is
complete.
* Resort Awards
Gold Crown Resort -- This is the highest
award that RCI gives out. Only a select few resorts are Gold
Crown resorts. RCI displays Gold Crown awards on the pages of
resorts awarded the Gold Crown Award.
