Timeshare owners are located around the globe.  People from all walks of life and probably all countries enjoy timesharing each year.  If you are bidding from outside the United States, please be informed about these policies;

	Currently PayPal and Billpoint rules do not allow us to accept payment for your auction.  Or, should we say, you can pay for the auction, but we are not protected if we ship the deed to you.  So we require you to pay the entire price by cashiers check in US Dollars.  We can allow a few extra days for this to occur.
	We charge an extra fee if you live outside of the United States.  This fee is simply reflective of our increased costs.  For instance, currently a buyer from Canada is charged an additional $50.00. That's all, not a lot.

If you are located outside of the United States and want to bid on one of our auctions, please be aware that there will be additional charges and requirements involved.  Postage, faxing, and phone calls are all more expensive, so we have to charge a slightly increased fee.  Please email us for specific costs.  We try to be fair.  If rush or expedited service is requested, that will be more.
