Here is our current timeshare inventory list. These are weeks we currently own or are in the process of purchasing. Why do we list these weeks? Because customers like you have simply asked us to. This way people that check our website and newsletters get advance notice of new weeks for sale. You see, almost half of our sales are direct sales; someone like you told us a timeshare they wanted and we sold it directly to them.

Many times we skip eBay or other auction sites and make a direct sale to you. Try it, people love it.

Special Requests:
This is one of our most popular ways to sell a timeshare; a buyer, like you, emails or calls us and asks for a specific timeshare unit. We will try to find the unit for you, and in many cases it will never make it to our current timeshare inventory.

All you need to do is send us an email with the following information on the timeshare you want to buy.

Specific Timeshare Request:

	The Resort you'd like to own
	The size timeshare
	the week(s) you're interested in, or
	a floating week. Keep in mind that many resorts have weeks that float different times of the year.
	Special Features like lockout, washer and dryer in the unit, etc.

General Timeshare Request:

	Area of the country you want to own in. (The wider your request the more likely you are to get what you want)
	Size unit
	the week or weeks you're interested in, or
	a floating week. Keep in mind that many resorts have weeks that float different times of the year.
	Special Features like lockout, washer and dryer in the unit, etc.
	Awards; Gold Crown, 5 Star, RID, or Standard.
